Younes and Mais, I can't thank you enough for all your help on our visa application for my parents. We felt we were in right hands from the moment we spoke to you, Younes. You made no false promises right from the offset and were very empathetic.
Mais, we just can't fault you. Your efforts and approach to our case made us realise that there are real people on the other side who genuinely care and want to do their best to help. If that wasn't enough, you have then only gone and succeeded in getting visa granted. Your covering letter said it all.
