I recently visited Kitts, Lori MD, and my experience was subpar. The staff seemed disorganized, and the wait time was excessive. When I finally had the chance to meet with Dr. Lori, she rushed through the consultation and didn't effectively address my concerns. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning to this clinic.
