I had a mixed experience with Olfacto expert inc. Their website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, their customer service was lacking. I had to reach out multiple times before getting a response, and even then, the representative seemed disinterested in helping me. The product itself was satisfactory, but the overall experience left me wanting more. I would rate it as average.
