I did a couple semi-private training sessions here...

I did a couple semi-private training sessions here and really enjoyed them! One thing that stood out in a positive way was that whenever my trainer (Harold) needed to correct my form he d first give some verbal cues, and then if he still needed to make physical adjustments he ASKED first and told me exactly where he would have to touch me. That was a breath of fresh air since I m used to instructors who just grab my body and startle me. The workout itself was fun but if you have a very specific routine that you like to do then this probably isn t the best gym for you unless you want to pop in once a week as an accessory to your regular training.

Overall it s a very welcoming and inclusive gym! If I ever work in Midtown I ll definitely get a proper membership.
