I recently had the opportunity to work with the Silicon Valley UX Group and overall, it was a decent experience. The team was knowledgeable and professional, and they had a good understanding of user experience principles. The website had a clean and modern design, making it easy to navigate.

However, I felt that the communication could have been improved. There were times when it took a while to receive responses to my queries, which delayed the project progress. Additionally, I found the pricing to be slightly on the higher side compared to some of the competitors in the market.

Nonetheless, the final deliverables were satisfactory and met my requirements. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into understanding my needs as a customer.

Overall, the Silicon Valley UX Group provided a decent service, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and pricing.
