I can't say enough good things about the Ymca of catawba valley association office. The staff is amazing, always friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and there is plenty of space to work out. The variety of classes and activities is impressive, and the rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend joining the Ymca if you're looking for a great place to prioritize your health and fitness.
