I recently used a pool service company to help with the maintenance of my pool. The company's website was well-designed, making it easy for me to find the information I needed. The customer service was alright, but I felt that there could have been better communication regarding the scheduling of the service. The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous, although the quality of the work was just average. I appreciated that the pricing was competitive, but I feel that the overall value for the cost could have been better. While the experience was not exceptional, it was not the worst either. I may consider using them again, but I hope to see some improvements in the future.
