I recently purchased some products from a company claiming to be innovative. I found their products to be of good quality, but I was disappointed with the customer service. The website was easy to use, but I think the company can improve in terms of their response time and the knowledge of their support agents. Overall, my experience with Thinkrenegade was decent.
