I had a truly transformative experience at The Refuge. The staff was caring and supportive, and the program was well-designed. The accommodations were comfortable, and the therapy sessions were insightful and effective. I appreciated the holistic approach of The Refuge, which helped me address not only my individual issues but also the underlying causes of my struggles.
