I recently used a converged infrastructure solution from reliant.solutions for my retail business. The overall experience was average. The system provided some useful tools for managing my store operations, but I found the user interface to be a bit clunky and not very intuitive. The integration with existing systems also took longer than expected, causing some disruptions during the transition period. However, the customer support team was responsive and helped resolve some of the issues I encountered. Overall, the solution met my basic business needs but fell short in terms of ease of use and timely implementation. I hope to see improvements in these areas in the future.
