I recently purchased a refrigerator from this company and I have to say that I had a mixed experience. The selection of appliances was good and I found what I was looking for at a reasonable price. However, the customer service was underwhelming. It took longer than expected to get assistance, and the staff seemed disinterested in helping. Additionally, the delivery was delayed without any prior notice, causing inconvenience. While the product itself is satisfactory, I was left feeling unimpressed by the overall customer experience. If the company can improve their customer service and communication, it would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience.
