I recently ordered some chemicals from their website, and overall, the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, the checkout process was a bit clunky, and I had to re-enter my information a couple of times. The shipping was prompt, but the packaging could have been more secure as one of the containers arrived slightly damaged. The customer service was friendly and responsive when I reached out about the issue, and they offered to send a replacement. While the products themselves were of good quality, I think there is room for improvement in terms of the overall ordering and delivery process.
