I recently used their services and found them to be just okay. The electrician they sent was professional and courteous, but the communication from the company was lacking. It took a few attempts to get a hold of someone, and scheduling was a bit of a hassle. The work itself was satisfactory, but I expected a smoother experience considering the rates they charge. 🤷 Overall, it was an average experience - not bad, but not outstanding either.
