My husband and I met Willie Brown approximately 7 months ago when we were trying to purchase a 2011 Town and Country van. Unfortunately we didn t purchase the van at the time, but I would occasionally hear from Mr. Brown asking of our continued interest in the van. I m so pleased to say I just purchased a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country and had the absolute best experience at Lake Norman Chrysler. Willie Brown should be recognized and rewarded as the "MVP of Sales because he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, understanding kind and really took the time to be attentive to my needs in purchasing a vehicle!

I also had the pleasure of meeting Christina Bartolotta, one of the Finance Managers, who was also professional, witty, understanding, knowledgeable, kind and very easy to work with in financing the Town and Country. She took the time to explain everything my husband and I needed to know with regard to the loan and I appreciate her honesty and candidness. She was so wonderful to work with and again, my experience in financing this van was so seamless and almost surreal. She honestly deserves to be recognized and rewarded as the "MVP in Finance!

After purchasing the Town and Country (TC), Willie Brown took his time to explain as many features as he could about the TC and assisted me in setting up blue tooth capabilities and much more. He s also been super accommodating now 2 weeks after the purchase of the van. Anytime I contact Mr. Brown, he always has an answer and his response time is impeccable. My previous car shopping and buying experience has never been so pleasant and seamless. I also didn t receive VIP treatment from the last car dealership I worked with a few years ago. I am so thankful to Willie and Christina for making my car buying experience excellent! I would recommend anyone to see Willie Brown and Christina Bartolotta at Lake Norman Chrysler!
