I am giving 2 stars only because the PRINTER does a good job. It is the people behind this product that might be better suited to work at a McDonalds drive thru or better yet the BMV. Other than Eric in accounting, the employees just don't seem to care.It becomes evident that the relationship with the buyer is purely about money. Be very careful when signing your agreement. They come across as being an inexpensive choice win 3D printers but then hit you with a yearly fee for warranty, service, licensing. The actual fee may not be what you agreed to. Our machine has not been working for 3 weeks now. Service was turned off until we renew. It cost me 2150.00 and my printer still has not been turned on to print and I have models waiting. This company can hold you hostage. I purchased this Printer and yet I don't seem to own it. Look elsewhere --this story gets worse . The print trays go bad . 1200$ each . They now say they only last 7months!:( we do models only with out printer , one doctor office . Cost is 8$ per model ? Really Add up the numbers . Their resin only 290$ a bottle . Can t use generic resin . Good luck !
