My 8yo went in for a root canal. Came out with a pulled tooth that won't grow in for 4 yrs. Didnt obtain informed consent or update on change in between. Wouldn't allow parent in rm with child, don't know what my child could have been subjected to. Never saw DDS, only assistants entire time. Didn't put a spacer in, say they won't until they do all crowns. Have no assurance same thing won't happen again. Applauded by this office and DDS doing what they want and telling families after just to get ppl in and out. Didn't give us the pulled tooth. Which is my child body part no matter the condition it is in. Unethical and disturbing to say the least!
