Today my boyfriend ordered for my boss and I, the address had gotten messed up and the delivery girl was coming to a dead end and we called to ask where it was once the delivery girl got here she told me she would pay for it, where I told her no I didnt want her paying for it...just if they could call me to see what happened with the address. I wish i knew tge delivery girls name because her customer service she went above and beyond she appoligized and offered to pay for it out of her own pocket....shes young. The initiative that she gave I applaud this restraunt for hiring such great staff. An hour later i got a call from another young lady who i came out and she gave me a giftcard....I really am impressed I was not expecting this I just wanted to see what happened she explained and said we really hope you come back and use this gc!! We will definitly be back, this was my favorite place pregnant and ever since have been addicted! Thank you so much Taorminas!
