I recently purchased some products from a leisure company. Their website was user-friendly and the ordering process was simple. I was impressed with the quality of the products and they arrived in a timely manner. However, I did have some issues with their customer service. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and I felt like they didn't take my concerns seriously. Despite this, I would still consider shopping with them again.
