We were extremely impressed with the customer service from all of the team members at Apple Ford. Andy Nyeste was very prompt and efficient in scheduling us an appointment for the same day. Damien Fortson and Jamie Myers worked well as a team in making sure we had everything that we wanted in our car. They were very thorough in explaining everything and making sure we got the best deal while staying within our budget. Lastly, Mike Colen was a huge help in breaking down the extended warranty options and explaining everything. We walked out of Apple Ford with the PERFECT CAR, a great deal and still within our budget! We were so gracious that they were willing to stay past the office/sales hours to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. All of the staff members were very friendly, welcoming and even interacted with our two children to keep them occupied during the whole process. We would gladly refer Apple Ford to anyone that is looking to buy a car.
