I really want to give five stars, I really do. I can't.

The location is excellent. The building itself and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very cool, very attractive. The selection of food and drink is very good, the open kitchen is a plus. Good kids menu.

The problem is, that the friendliness of the service simply cannot compensate for the fact that we were seated at 1800 (restaurant half full, service staff in full force) and our food only arrived at 2000.

I'm sorry, there is just no way to explain two hours. Kitchen staff (open kitchen) was not overworked. Service staff was not overworked. It is clearly not a priority in this place that anyone gets served in a timely manner.
I'm taking TWO stars off for this, because it is so egregious. I like literally everything else about this place.
