Bohemian Barbecue is a food truck that has the best barbecue sliders I've ever tasted. They were at a party at the convention center in Austin, and were the best food by far. They were also gracious enough to make a goodie bag to take back to the hotel after the evening event was over, too. I'll be sure to check their calendar and find the trick the next time I'm back in town.
