I had the pleasure of dining at Chef Chen last night and it was a wonderful experience. The variety of dishes on the menu is impressive and the flavors exceeded my expectations. The hot and sour soup was comforting and packed with flavor. The service was attentive without being overbearing. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience.
