I would like to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to Dave! Last Sunday my family experienced a blackwater clog/backup in both bathrooms in our home, which resulted in flooding. As I have in the past, I contacted Kiera at Emerald and hoped Dave was on call! I have the utmost respect for Emerald, Kiera and Dave and was so happy when Dave came to our home and efficiently and effectively resolved the clog/backup issue. We were able to complete water mitigation imediately after Dave was finished and had no water damage to our home! The courtesy and professionalism shown by Dave was and has always been outstanding! I have already provided Emeralds contact information to two of my neighbors and will continue to refer Emerald, as Dave is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful and always smiles... no matter what job must be done! Thank you!!
