I had an average experience with Amplifyd. The website was easy to navigate, but I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they did, their answers were not very helpful. I was also disappointed with the quality of their products. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
