I purchased chairs from The Chair Academy, and they were okay. The quality is decent, but not exceptional. The ordering process was smooth, and the chairs arrived on time. The customer service team was responsive, but I feel that there is room for improvement. Overall, it was an average experience with The Chair Academy.
