I got a contract job and was employed for two months before I and 29 other contracted workers got laid off then 3 weeks later they dropped the rest of the contract workers due to losing from what I've heard a big client/ contract, most likley due to a still developing production line that is riddled with contract workers teaching contract workers how to do the build.
Be aware if you want to work here that training at this time was basically tribal knowledge style with people that have been employed only months prior to you, for the shift I was on if you didn't keep on the supervisors A list with one of the build stations you would spend alot of time building boxes outside of the clean room and doing kitting.
During my time there I made three passive offers to take my lunch much later to be able to build at satations that were key to the process so that I could get better and faster, no ability was given to me.
I passed up three other job offers to work here, I wouldn't take any of it back or do anything I did differently just wish this job had some sort of stability, from what I heard last year they experienced an attempt to start boosting production with the same result as this one, future employees be aware this job is a potential gamble that may pay off big down the road or not.
