I went to Honda Auto Nation to simply have an oil change and have a warranty issue addressed on my 2017 CRV. While waiting I went into the showroom and saw that they had a 2018 model of my same car with the color interior that I preferred. I spoke with Ray, a Sales Representative, and discussed the possibility of trading in my 2017 for the 2018. Ray was prompt, courteous and very accommodating with my request. I ended up leaving the dealership with a new CRV! The Manager was also very helpful, and I have NEVER had an experience like this one when going to a dealership. This was by far the best experience that I have had, and my husband and I have purchased several new cars. I asked Ray for several business cards so that I could pass them out to friends. He is a wonderful asset to this dealership, and to the Honda Corporation of what a customer is looking for in purchasing a new car. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with this experience! Thank you for the opportunity to share this experience on his behalf. Way to go Ray!!
