I was rear ended by a driver who didn't have insurance. The guys and gals at Karl Chevrolet really made my nerves ease and made the process smooth. Also, BONUS.....was able to get my van back sooner than originally told. Even after they had to get new parts after the first set was not going to do-per the gentleman who called. Really great service-so much so..,..most likely to purchase from here when we do need a new vehicle
