Quite disappointing and an expensive service for what you get. the last work they did for us was to place us in a "contest" that turned to be one of the worst decisions ever taken, getting promoted in an alarmist BS magazine when we are a premium brand given the quality of the product, the price and the machine needed for it.
We blindly trusted them and all was a waste of money and probably even a fall in the positioning of the brand. They are a marketing company which is way different from a PR agency.
