I have been a resident of Down Creek Condominium Association, INC for several years now, and I have to say that my experience has been mostly positive. The staff is generally helpful and accommodating, and the property is well-maintained. However, there have been a few instances where communication could have been better, and some maintenance issues took longer to resolve than expected. Overall, though, I am satisfied with the services provided by the association.
