The first item was sent but it was not in accordance with the order, I complained but instead the same item was sent. Finally I just accepted it because the delivery took 2 months. This 2nd social gathering, the goods have not been sent for 1 year. There is no feature for submitting complaints. CS No can not be contacted, the chairman of the arisan has lost contact.
