I recently stayed at Hotel Intercontinental Cartagena de Indias and I must say it was an average experience. The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views. However, the service was not up to par. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive at times. The rooms were clean but lacked some basic amenities. Overall, I expected more from a hotel of this caliber.
