We've been eating at the Odessa Harrigan's for about 10 years now, if not more. Odessa service has been going in a downward spiral and if you've eaten in any Odessa restaurant lately you can attest to the service. I was so relieved that this Harrigan's Lubbock was way better. The waitor, friendly staff, cleanliness, the food......papas filet is crazy good....everything was great, next time in town I will definitely visit.
