The rating is supposed to be minus. Basically, Dibble is a terrible human being and takes advantage of people at their vulnerable time. He is totally incompetent and irresponsible. He would trick you for your money and then forget you. Rochester is a small town and attorneys know each other. other attorneys or prosecutors would not respect you if you are represented by Dibble. NO DEAL, as they know Dibble doesn't work on your case. Fortunately, I switched to another outstanding attorney who takes care of my case with a good result. But Dibble took away a ton of money from me. Dibble is a criminal and should be punished. It is appalling for him to continue to practice. Dibble, if you get a chance to read this review, please check your heart. Man, why you are so greedy for money?
