I want to express my disappointment with Kengro corporation. The website 'kengro.com' was difficult to navigate and I had trouble finding the information I needed. The customer service was also lacking. It took a long time for someone to respond to my inquiry and when they did, they were not very helpful. Overall, it was a subpar experience.
