I had a mixed experience with Eleven. While their website design is sleek and user-friendly, their customer service left much to be desired. I had to wait for over a week for a response to my inquiry, and when I finally received a reply, it was not very helpful. The product I ordered arrived in good condition and on time, so I can't complain about that aspect. Overall, I would rate Eleven as average.
