I do not appreciate Matthew F. Buergler's dirty tactics. I was on the opposing side; however, that shouldn't give him license to lie, delay, and bully to make it "go away." I know many wonderful attorneys that maintain ethical and professional standards no matter which side they're dealing with. You're not doing your profession any favors Mr. Buergler.
