Onoff insurance provides an average service overall. While their rates are competitive in the market, the customer support can be quite slow at times. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. However, once they did respond, they were able to resolve my issue satisfactorily. Although I wouldn't say their service is great, it's still decent and gets the job done.
