This company uses Yodel for delivery. And Yodel are useless. The Business partnerships they chosen to establish says a lot about the company. Even a simple delivery was too much for Habitat/Yodel. It s not like the item was free. Or delivery was free. It was all paid for.

Initial update was for date x. On date x I get an update that it s arriving today. At the end of date x I get another update telling me I ve got good news - my order will be delivered tomorrow.

Will avoid Habitat and will avoid Yodel in future. Plenty other places to choose from.
