I have been a customer of Idea 188 for quite some time now and I must say their services are just average. Nothing too exceptional or outstanding, but they get the job done. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I feel like they could improve on their customer support as I have had some issues in the past that were not resolved efficiently. Overall, I would rate them as average.
