I have been a gym rat spanning over 30 years. This club is the most complete, well managed, equipped, and staff trained gym in my experience. It also has a special focus on cleanliness and a positive atmosphere among the membership. The staff instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. The breadth of activities are the best in this part of the State. No wonder it is financially stable and will be around for many more years. Taken all together, there is simply no other competition that can be compared with or to.
