I recently tried some pastries from Uppercrust baking company and I must say, they were absolutely delicious! The flavors were so rich and the pastries were perfectly flaky. I especially loved the almond croissant, it was filled with a generous amount of almond cream and had a lovely crunch on the outside. It was easily one of the best croissants I've ever had. Uppercrust truly knows how to bake delectable treats!
