Techland Publishing has provided an average experience. While their website is well-designed and easy to navigate, I found that their customer service was lacking. I had an issue with a game I purchased and it took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team. Additionally, the game itself had a few bugs that hindered my enjoyment. Overall, my experience with Techland Publishing was average at best.
