After making contact for a free diagnostic of my installation (as proposed on your site) I received a confirmation email on Tuesday October 06 at 9:24 am which told me this:
"One of our advisers will contact you within a maximum of 48 hours to take care of your request."
It is October 11th and I have no news.
Don't make commitments you can't keep!
Fortunately, it is not for troubleshooting ... !!!!
No need to contact me, the trust is no longer there.

To follow up on your response of October 12, she still smiles: "we have respected our commitments since we left you a message that you did not receive ... !!"
With this type of argument you get out of all situations.
