I m not one for leaving negative, feed back, especially on-line and for those who know me well enough will back me up when I say, I believe I have moral compass.



I rang on Friday 1 December and asked when they could make a new appointment. They said Tuesday 3pm, 5 December should be fine. I said I d call back to confirm, but instead called into the shop.



He paced around the counter shaking his head nervously. He answered that I hadn t turned up for the last appointment and that would need to pay another deposit. I drew his attention to the fact I had left a message on their answer phone, as no one picked up my call at 10am. He shook his head again, saying I hadn t left a message. I asked him to check his voice male; it should still be on there. All business would check their voice mall surly. He refused quite blankly
to listen to his messages.

Needless to say I walked out. I can t describe this as bad customer service, that would sound too good. All I can say is that this was an utter disgrace. For a supporter of our town and local retailers, I m ashamed to say this happened in my town.
Very disappointed.
