Flows.com is an average company. Their service is satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. I have been using their website for a few months now, and while it gets the job done, I can't say I'm overly impressed. The user interface is a bit clunky, and the overall experience could be smoother. However, I do appreciate the wide range of products they offer.
