I had an average experience with Hops & Branding. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the overall branding to be quite generic. It was lacking a unique touch that would make it stand out from other companies in the industry. The customer service was decent, although not exceptional. I would consider using their services again in the future, but only if I don't find any better alternatives.
