The customer service at Polder is truly exceptional. They were very patient and helpful in answering all my queries about their products. I recently bought a toaster from them and it works perfectly fine. The design is simple yet elegant. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the delivery time as it took a little longer than expected. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and would rate Polder as excellent.
