I have been a customer of Goulburn Murray Credit Union for over two years now and I must say that my experience has been average. The customer service is good but the online banking platform needs improvement. The interest rates offered by GMCU can be competitive but there are other financial institutions that provide better rates. Overall, I would rate GMCU as an average credit union.
