I have been a customer of Akips for over a year now and I must say, their service is average. It's not exceptional, but it gets the job done. The support team is responsive and the website is user-friendly. However, I have experienced some occasional downtime which can be frustrating. Overall, I would consider Akips as an okay choice for my business needs.
